Please note that all booking deposit refunds will be credited to the card that was used to make the reservation. Once that deposit is refunded it will take about 5-7 business days to reach your account. If you have concerns about the refund you are more than welcome to submit a support request here, or you may call us at 1-888-417-6446 during normal business hours and any one of our All-Star Support Representatives will be able to assist you! Our normal business hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST Monday - Friday and 9 AM - 1 PM on Saturday. We hope this helps!
