In order to modify or cancel your reservation, please use the instructions below!

You will need to locate your confirmation email and you'll select the "Modify or Cancel Your Reservation" link.  See image:

That link will take you to our reservation site.

You will enter the last name on the reservation as well as the Pse Booking Number and click "Log In".

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your reservation where you will see all of the details including the booking rules and policies, your check in and check out dates, and the hotel's information.  

You will need to select "Edit or Cancel Reservation".

Once you have selected to "Edit or Cancel Reservation" you will be directed to the modification page.

You may edit your reservation or cancel your reservation using the appropriate selection.  Once you have made that selection, you will be directed to the confirmation page where you MUST confirm that you would like to proceed BEFORE your decision will be final.  

You will need to review your new Reservation Details and agree to the Booking Rules and Policies again.  

Then you will reach the final page and you'll also receive a new confirmation email.  Please see below:
