Why did I receive an error message when I was trying to book online?

If you received a "Server Error" when attempting to make a reservation online (the page is yellow with code), your reservation was not successful. This can happen for a number of reasons, one of which is that the page you were working on was open too long and timed out. In order to successfully book or modify your reservation, we ask that you clear out of the browser window and start over. This is the best way to ensure that your request is successful. Please note that you will notice the number of available rooms decreased by the number of attempts you made, this is a failsafe feature of our reservation system to ensure we do not overbook our partnered hotels. The rooms will populate back into availability about 30 minutes after the last error.
