Yes, we can change the name on your reservation to the new guest who will be checking into the room instead of you. Please be aware, any booking deposit you have paid will not be refunded, the amount you have paid on the room will still be used for the portion of the reservation. It is your responsibility as the original reservation holder to ensure that all payment information is properly updated to the new reservation holder with the hotel, as you will still be responsible for the reservation if the new occupant does not update this information and does not check-in to the room in your place.
