Why can't the hotel find my reservation?

If you have booked a reservation for an upcoming tournament and received a confirmation email from Pse Event Housing, but the hotel you are staying at does not yet have a record of your reservation, this is due to the period of time before the date we send the reservations to the hotel. This date could be either after your team's group block expires, or 3-5 business days after booking a single reservation outside of a group block. After this date, the hotel will confirm your reservation and you will receive another confirmation email containing your hotel confirmation number. If you have any questions regarding your reservation, we ask that you contact us here at Pse Event Housing. To avoid confusion, we ask you not to contact the hotel directly.
