If you are attempting to make your reservation and experience a yellow error page after submitting your reservation, please be advised that your reservation was not successful. If you receive this error, here are some helpful tips to proceed with booking your reservation:
- Check for the "Group Cut Off" date if you are booking within a block. If the cut off date has already passed, your link will not work.
- When you get an error while booking, our system will remove that room from the availability for about 20 minutes. This ensures that we do not oversell the hotel. Your room will populate back into availability shortly.
